The one thing to lose weight!
ByI wanted to do a real short post. If I could pick one thing to help you start to lose weight, it would be to eliminate unhealthy foods at night. We all fall subject to cravings right before bed and watching tv. Enjoy the video and really listen to what it’s saying.. it can really help you. I would love to know what you crave and how you handle those cravings. I can tell you mine is Peanut Butter Bumpers cereal. I love that stuff! I’ll usually eat it on a “cheat day”.
