Hey… it’s Sunday Night and I wanted to hit you with a short post. I wanted to let you know I planned my week of eating earlier this afternoon. How did I do that? I went to the grocery store and bought all my food and cooked it all today and put it into containers. You might ask why did I do this? When you plan ahead and cook good things for yourself, there are no excuses to go to fast food places during lunch and eat bad things. If you are one of those people who like to eat on the “fly”, I am willing to bet you are eating the wrong things and sabotaging your weight loss efforts. Plan ahead!!! See you on the other side…Dee
