		<description>Thanks for the comment Ali. I know there are always exceptions to the rule. What is bulky to you? Some women may gain some muscle but won&#039;t end up looking like men. Also, if you are working within the high rep range you are inviting muscle hypertrophy whereas if you worked with less reps and heavy weight you would primarily be working for strength... try that and see if your bulking problem gets better.</description>

At 50 yrs old I still get bulked out easily, even doing light weights and high reps and with a moderate protein diet.  Ask the coach who lost a bet to my sister about women not building muscle.</description>
