By

Here is a short video I did while watching the Steelers vs. Dolphins game this past Sunday. The Steelers won by the way!!!! In the video, I talk about why people will fail at their fitness goals and what they can do about it. This can also pertain to everything not just fitness. Enjoy!!!! See you on the lean side!

Hey Dee. I think I’ll be back. I love your site. BTW, a great site for goals is http://www.43things.com/. I have an account there. Lots of people of there trying different things and weight loss is one of them.

I think I’m a fool. I mean, I know that if I pet or play with a cat, my nose will run and my throat and eyes will get itchy. So, when I go to a friend’s house with a cat, I don’t touch him/her, although I love cats. Well, I know when I eat too much [sweets and carbs], I’ll gain weight. When I gain weight, I get frustrated that my clothing doesn’t fit right. Then I get upset… which leads me to eat. If I’ve figured out the cat problem and that not touching the cat is the best thing for me, why can’t I be around the “bad” food and not touch it? You see…. I think I”m a fool.

Bobbie…. it seems as though you have an emotional attachment to food. Once you know what causes the problem then you can dive into it head on and conquer it!
